Delays in restarting services are caused by compatibility issues resulting from a large scale of fraud that 5BS did not expect. 1.6 million fake accounts need to be removed and it is tedious work to avoid deleting the accounts of real and honest Partners. There are 30 million Partners in 5BillionSales. 40 additional programmers were hired.
The program is global and must meet worldwide compatibility conditions when fully launched.
You have access know to 3 services from 9 services which will work. Competitors like YouTube, Facebook, Google etc. till now fighting with 5BillionSales and 5BillionSales does not want to share which new services you can use in future to get income from the huge advertisement market.

Good news
Me as a Leader, I know that majority of Partners can not manage them adverts. THIS IS TRUE FROM LIFE. And good news is that 5BillionSales create opportunity to solve this problem.
Managing Partners will have the opportunity to manage (without breaking the rules) adverts of other Partners.
This is a breakthrough and a real opportunity to achieve results for many less experienced Partners.

Managing Partner can run other Partners adverts legally. Any Partner can create link with PIN to his advert(s) and share it with Managing Partner. This will add this advert(s) to Managing Partner backoffice. Other (shared) adverts will be identifying by username of Partner in the system of 5BillionSales.
This will simplifies life of many Partners and life of them Sponsors as well.
Managing Partner can do this service for the Partner (who share the link with PIN) for free or charge for this service e.g. monthly or for the entire service at one time.
To implement this option, a huge number of new technological solutions had to be developed. This is another reason for delays in the full restart of the 5BS system.
Similarly this will work when GTAgency will sell and manage adverts as authorize representative of 5BillionSales.
NOTE: As of August 2022, 5BillionSales has stopped selling Standard Advert (SA) with the possibility of updating to Guaranteed Sales (GTS) service directly. The only entities with such possibilities are Advertising GTAgencies.

GTAgency will also sell free adverts (starter packages) received as a Good Will Gesture (GWG) for delays. GTAgency may give away or sell one advert (starter pack) to each person (already registered or new) who does not yet have any advert on 5BS.
There are in preparation trainings how to manage GTAgency. This will accessible in many languages thanks to the use of artificial intelligence (AI). This is another reason for delays in the full restart of the 5BS system.
